You can get Euros & US Dollars on demand at Acle Post Office. Just come in, pay and leave with your holiday money, it couldn't be simpler. Of course as you are buying at your local Post Office both currencies are commission free. We also have Euro & US Dollar Travellers cheques and these too are commission free. Sterling travellers cheques are available but commission is payable on these.
If you want a currency other than Euros or US Dollars then, as long as you can come in to order and pay for your currency by 1 o'clock then your currency will be in the following morning.
If you have any currency left over after your trip then we will also buy that back
The Post Office offers a range of Holiday and Travel Insurance products. These include cover for winter sports, breaks as short as three days and annual travel cover. Call in to check on the latest promotional offers.
We have Passport application packs available and also operate the "Passport Check and Send" service where for a small, currently £7, fee we will check over you passport application and supplied documents to make sure you have everything correct and then send your application off. Passport applications made using the check and send serrvice are usually processed more quickly by the United Kingdom Passport Agency (UKPSA) and are typically returned within two weeks.
Important note. The check and send service is NOT available if you are travelling in less than two weeks from the application date. In these circumstances application should be made directly to your local Passport Office.
